ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification: MBA/PGDM 2021 Batch.

(Students with active back log are not eligible to participate in the placement process with Kantar)

Compensation : Consultant - 7.15 Lakhs

Online Test Instructions:

1. Make sure you have stable internet connection.

2. Please use latest version browsers like Google Chrome" or "Mozilla Firefox" or "Opera".

3. "Internet Explorer" will not support the test link.

4. If your computer is taking unexpected time to load, it is recommended to reboot the system before you start the test

5. Once you start the test, it is recommended to pursue it in one go for the complete duration.

6. While registering, uploading resumes is mandatory. Without resume the tool will not allow you to take the test. Please upload the resume with passport size photograph.

7. Make sure that the webcam is on while you are taking the test(mandatory)

8. Please shutdown all other browsers during the test duration. If you leave the test page and move to another browser, then the test will be terminated.

9. The test duration is 50 minutes, please make sure the test is taken before the cut-off time.

10. Usage of Head phones is strictly prohibited during the Test process and will lead to disqualification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Help marketing clients to make smart decisions and then to implement and track them.

2) Manage day-to-day delivery along with analyst team

3) Co-ordination with analysts, statisticians, and lead project delivery

4) Playing a team management role

5) Help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES

1) Good marketing domain knowledge and understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.

2) Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.

3) Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and offshore team in India.

4) Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.
