The role will support execution of clients plans across multiple data, analytical & customer engagement platforms.

The candidate is responsible for delivering business insights which will help to demonstrate how to gain competitive advantages from applying customer insights derived through data

Core Responsibilities

- Supporting the client engagement manager to deliver a seamless and proactive service.

- To deliver accurate and actionable insights from proprietary kantar solution platforms in order to create measurable change for the Client's customers.

- Delegating to specialists as necessary, toward enabling a continuous data analytics / customer experience culture

- Create briefs and execution documents from which a campaign can be executed and evaluated

- Analyze campaign results

- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to provide input to shape and launch emerging solutions

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Makes a contribution to delivering revenue targets for the client group from identifying and effectively managing clients and projects.

- Collaborate relentlessly with others in order to execute a - joined up- approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan.

- Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work as directed by Client Lead ensuring deadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood and insights are delivered in an actionable format.

- Builds relationships with client contacts and a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives.
