Kantaflex (India) Private Limited is a leading designer, supplier and manufacturer of bridge engineering and Rubber hoses and sheets/ gasket for several applications. We are registered with MSME for manufacturing unit in Chennai and marketing offices across India. We have successfully completed several projects for MoRTH, NHAI, R&B, HW, Indian Railways, Defence, Navy, Airports, DAE and other sectors

JOB SUMMARY:

- Studying the Drawings and preparing quotations

- Vendor Registration

- Managing all the vendors online region portal like LNT, Reliance, etc.

- Preparing Performa invoice

- Issuing factory Inspection call letter and following the client till the Inspection is completed. If required helping them boarding & lodging

- Preparing list of Quotation submitted & list of design drawing pending for approval

- Preparing Guarantee certificate

- Weekly inspection detail to be shared to the factory in advance

- Credentials documents to be updated

- Following the quotations submitted to the customers

- Helping the marketing team inside and outside Chennai with documentation support
