Production -

- Formulating standard operating procedures for ensuring environment, health & safety aspects; leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets.

- Reviewing existing processes & redesigning the same for enhancing efficiency and achieving maximum cost savings for enhanced operations.

- Designing & developing system procedure, practices, and approach and formulating,

- Production Target with proper planning.

- Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets

- Monitoring all production activities like rolling plan, managing manpower, allotting work to manpower and safety of all working persons and machine.

- Carry out production as per plan

- Spearheading day to day activities, production, schedules, raw materials standardization, implementing quality tools and allocating work achieving monthly production targets.

- Developing system procedures, practices, and approach and formulating controls for acquiring maximum cost savings for enhanced operations.

- Maintain monitoring the movement of job as per operations sequence.

- Well coordination with Purchase / Quality / Dispatch / Stores dept.

Service - 

- Coordination with Service department who will be taking care of customers complains and do the resolution part.

- Create a customer centric culture within the after sale service department.

- Establish and maintain a process at all stages that meets the after sale service requirements of the company. Track Service time compliance on a daily basis.

- Establish a customer satisfaction survey process and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by fixing any systemic process issues.

- Maintain an up to date action plan addressing the issues with after sales service.

- Establish and manage an effective escalation process to ensure difficult cases are properly managed.

- Establish and maintain agreements that establish clearly the financial liabilities of the after sale service contractor.

- Manage the transportation from the service hub back to the vendors and from the vendors, central warehouse to the service centers/hub. Ensure goods are returned timely to the vendors to avoid any penalties due to late returns.

- Develop continuously value added services to enhance the after sale service experience and create additional sources of revenue to offset the after sale service operating cost

Quality - 

- To maintain the quality, quantity of all incoming/outgoing Raw material/Finished goods on daily basis.

- Maintain the quality of productivity.

- To inspect randomly at the time of process regularly.

- Negotiation with vendors, workers.

- Submitting QC report on daily basis.

- To check motor / assembly final testing on regular basis.

- To inspect raw material in store room.

KRA

- Production- You will be responsible for overall Production part.

- Service- You will be responsible in coordinating with service department who takes care of customer complaints and resolve their issues.

- Quality- You will have to take care / responsible of the same in Service or sourcing.

- Coordination should be proper with the team.

- Rest all day to day work assigned.
