Kama Ayurveda - Manager - Supply Planning (5-8 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own & maintain the plant capacity/3P capacity model and declare the plant capacity for the given product mix

- Review the unconstrained demand plan for material availability and provide input for constrained demand plan

- Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigating actions

- Set up inventory targets for FG/ SFG/ RM at Warehouses and EBOs and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets

- Ensure the availability of RM and PM for achieving of weekly and monthly plans @ 3Ps and MFG plants

- Own the Ordering of RM and PMs as per set Inventory norms along with Tactical buying team

- Closely work with procurement team/3P managers for resolution of Quality issues/Supply issues from vendors of RM /PM and FG

- Review and track potential inventory obsolescence (SLOB) to minimize write-offs for FG/SFG/RM

- Work with cross functional teams to reduce FG and RPM inventory norms and reduce warehouse space/INV carrying cost

- Weekly governance of Demand -Supply meetings, RPM review meetings, Production plan alignment

SKILLS:

- FMCG / Food Industry experience 6 to 8 years of experience in SCM (Planning, Inventory management, logistics)

- Experience in process design & operations implementation

- Should have working knowledge of ERP (preferably PP/MM modules - SAP, Navision , JDE)

- Proficiency in MS-Excel and Analytical tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
