Key Responsibilities -&nbsp; Employer Branding -&nbsp; - Develop employer brand strategy for Kalpataru to be the most preferred employer in the RE Industry. - Building Campus Employer &amp; Engagement Branding Framework to draw the attention of the top quartile talent from premier schools. - Managing the online reputation of Kalpataru - Supporting the HRBPs in achieving recruitment targets by devising recruitment marketing campaigns online and offline - Brand development, web site traffic growth, collateral development, on-off campus events, social media performance and ROI monitoring of all the ATL and BTL activities. - To work with the HR Leadership, CoEs and other internal stakeholders to develop recruitment advertising campaigns to support a variety of recruitment projects - Work with colleagues across Kalpataru to develop and build awareness of the business' key messages and to optimize the consistency in and quality of communications to internal and external stakeholders - To design literature to support Kalpataru' s attendance at careers fairs and industry events - To use social media as a candidate attraction tool and develop content to be posted online - Identify industry, market and competitor trends and share these insights with colleagues across the business - To maintain an up to date knowledge of recruitment trends to identify new candidate attraction techniques - Identify new recruitment marketing technologies and platforms - Support and execute recruitment marketing campaigns on both online and offline platforms - Working closely with group and country marketing teams to drive global digital campaigns that position the organization as an employer of choice. - Managing external partners including campuses, assessment &amp; knowledge partners, marketing agencies, social media agencies, professional social networking websites etc. - Create a community of Employees who can acts a - Internal Brand Ambassadors- . Candidate Experience -&nbsp; - Create a framework for a Digital HR initiative that focuses on Candidate experience and on-boarding - Ideating and executing Kalpataru's candidate experience program this includes modelling and improving the experience of over 1000 candidates in Kalpataru's annual recruitment process. - To work closely with HRBPs, technology team, process teams, employment branding and CoEs around the world to work towards the common goal of attracting and retaining the best talent for Kalpataru. - Conduct candidate experience survey responses and identify the three core areas we can improve on as a team; partner with the HRBPs to craft a plan and roll it out. - Create competitive talent landscape documentation and keep it updated; help HRBPs understand the pros and cons of other companies that we compete with in terms of talent, as well as any intel on offers, company size, value prop, etc. Dive into Glassdoor reviews, other online forums, and even our current employees that may have interviewed elsewhere! Recruiters will leverage this information when crafting closing plans and strategies. Gather feedback from Recruiters and adjust accordingly. - Regular Interventions at onsite candidate experience &amp;taking a look at our CSAT scores, what's working? What's not? Is there anything we need to change? Discuss with the HRBP team what our stretch goal should be and how to get there. Some metrics to consider: increase conversion of offer to hire, improved conversion ratios, improved Glassdoor ratings, increase in referrals, etc. TA Analytics - Responsible for preparing key analytics for the monthly Talent Acquisition reports - Support HRBPs with data accuracy and validation for all division hiring updates and strategy. - Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights using visual design and info graphics that enhances effective decision making. - Prepare presentation materials to aid in the communication of TA projects, analyses, etc. - Prepare &amp; deliver reporting and analytics solutions appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers (ad hoc reporting tools, standard reports, executive dashboards etc.) - Ensure accuracy and data integrity of TA system through periodic review and audits - Provide support for all TA processes throughout the annual performance cycle (e.g. performance, merit, target setting) - Identify, design and document process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to TA information systems.
