Min exp 12 to 15 years in hardcore estimation and min 4 to 6 years in "water projects" estimation( water supply,water irrigation,pipe irrigation) projects
B. E Civil (must)
Job Responsibilities:
To check eligibility and feasibility for independent bidding for upcoming projects with BD Team and management
- To understand the client requirement
- Review the commercial BID (Tender)
- Site Visit and survey with team after taking impact of geography, and other important factors
- To review the estimation of quantity and cost of all factors i.e. land, labour and machine in the project
- To review and recalculate it according to market trends (similar project and client)
- To review the impact of over heads, Tax, Margin etc. for final quotation
- To understand & review the risk analysis covering economic factors like inflation site conditions, and resources.
- Optimization of the costs to be considered for meeting profitability targets
- To discuss the final pricing with management
Finalization of the Commercial BID
Co-ordinate with procurement, P&M, finance during their meeting with vendors
- Benchmarking of variance from tendering to execution
- Market intelligence during BID stage.
- Identify suitable methodology to meet milestone of bids.
