In this role, you will be expected to: - Take ownership of analytics of all performance oriented digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Social Media etc) - Generate these reports on a regular basis (automate using R or Python over a period of time) and share these reports with the right stakeholders - Be able to draw insights and areas of improvement from the analytics and be able to collaborate with the right stakeholders/agencies to drive performance and cost optimisations - Be able to work with APIs to extract the right data from different marketing and sales channels and sync marketing spends with sales metrics - Continuously drive analytics based process optimisation inside marketing, sales and call center - Coordinate with all teams involved (management, marketing, communications, sales, call center). This is an individual contributor role - Document everything and share within the team and outside our key learnings to pave the way for the future What You Need To Know/Have - 2+ years of experience in analytics and digital marketing - Experience with the digital marketing landscape for web and mobile and analytics tools of the trade - Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills - Familiarity with R/Python/MS Excel/ SQL - Exceptional verbal and presentation skills. - Adaptable to change and ability to execute quickly - Naturally curious. Able to innovate to solve problems. Constantly looking for ways to improve upon things - Strong conceptual thinker, someone who understands the business problems and approaches data analytics in the context of that specific problem
