Job Description:

Senior Manager - PMO will manage and strengthen the relationships across our customer base, tackling individual challenges, maintaining an excellent retention rate, and driving the adoption and growth of Kadel Labs platform across our customer base. They will work to ensure that customers are maximizing their value from the technology and will serve as their internal advocates by sharing feedback and partnering with our product teams to deliver technology that aligns with the direction of the industry.

He/she is accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving their vision.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff;

- Coordinating staff and internal resources;

- Ensuring projects/task meet deadlines;

- Contributing to risk mitigation plans;

- Managing project/task progress and adapt work as required;

- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review;

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;

- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project/task documentation;

- Track project costs in order to meet budget;

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;

- Ensuring that the project meets or exceeds quality standards, and implementing quality control and quality assurance processes to identify and address defects and error

- Forecast resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;

- Manage contracts with clients & customers by communicating expected deliverables;

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Requirements:

- Project management certifications like PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Project Manager

- Strong verbal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project;

- Proficient in Project Management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project

- Should be an expert in agile methodologies

- Ability to write clear and concise communications;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel;

- Ability to run meetings, set agendas and issue meeting minutes;

- The ability to present to a group either internally or before investors;

- Capacity to manage high stress situations;

- Big-picture thinking and vision;

- Conflict resolution skills;

- Attention to detail;

- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;

- Leadership Skills.

Education and Experience - MBA or relevant educational field required
