Job Description:

- Owner of Business Operations & be accountable for end to end day to day operations to the management team

- Hire, train & manage 20 member team of advisors for customer service, onboarding, experience, collections & feedback (Current members in the team are 5)

- Design processes for smooth functioning on a daily level and train the team for the processes

- Advise the product & tech team for building the operations dashboards, advisor dashboards and all operations related products

- Define the principles of communication & tonality for the customers as per the accepted rules of the organization

- Design & maintain the day to day operations analytics dashboard and build a visibility of daily progress & growth of the business

- Devise a framework for issue resolution, feedback & swift support for customers as well as service partners such as banks etc.

- Build channel specific strategies for onboarding, assessment and fulfillment

- Support leadership team to coordinate multiple work streams to produce high-quality results

- Provide thought leadership and innovation, advising internal groups and leading initiatives on business operations excellence

- Involve in business, strategy development and project executions

Qualifications:

Graduates/Postgraduates from premier colleges like IIT/IIM/DU preferred
