Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in end to end Sales Hiring
Candidates who have exposure in Bulk/Volume Hiring would be Preferred.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and hiring the right sales talents in volumes to support the business strategy.
2. Utilizing various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with and pipeline talent
3. Managing end-to-end sales recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time.
3. Understanding each business units sales recruitment needs through developing knowledge of business objectives, people requirements and cultural environment.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business with Hiring Managers. Promptly identifying challenges in hiring and problem solving for it.
Profile Brief:
1. Strong experience in building and managing relationships with Hiring Managers with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels
2. Able to demonstrate commercial acumen, think strategically and make quality decisions.
3. Demonstrated experience in creating reports, interpreting data and analytics.
4. Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.
5. Ability to self-manage, prioritized and attention to detail.
6. Flexible and at ease in an ever changing, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment.
Salary: Upto 12 LPA
