Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals. - Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers. - Brief students on organizational culture, appropriate conduct, use of internet and email at work etc. Supervise and monitor students throughout the placement period, assessing and resolving their demands, enquiries and problems. - Participate in coordination and organization of on-campus events such as the annual Career and Internship job fair. Manage Events, Seminar, Workshops related to Placements. - Connect with industry to arrange internship & placements of the students. Meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships. - Partnerships with training partners and Institutions for generating supply pool of candidates looking for job opportunities. - Ensure maximum placement of students. - To enhance value placements through better brands coming on campus. - Design corporate presentation of brand and product for corporate engagement. Desired Candidate Profile: - Strong networking skills. - Possess highly developed interpersonal skills and a team-player. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent is required. - Good written, conversational and communication skills. - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams. - Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios. - Commitment, enthusiasm and preparedness to learn. - Analytical thinking strong analytical skills help placement officers gather job information from their research, screen students for suitable positions, and offer career development advice.
