The ideal candidate should have experience managing a large team of at least 50+ sales people & one who is very strong in Sales Training, Sales Analytics will the right fit for the role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving initiatives to help sales Team to scale faster and accelerate their performance and growth
- Create strategies and policies to ensure that the business meets its goals, continues to grow, transform, and improve.
- Monitor & analyze performance metrics and suggest improvement in performance and create value for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-15 years of work experience into Field sales & sales operation
- Strong Exposure to Sales Training, Sales Analytics, Sales Excellence is mandatory
- Any Graduation is eligible, MBA from premier B-School will be preferred
- Prior Experience of working in Education/Ed Tech or Telecom Sector will be added advantage
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Analytical and data driven problem solver
