- This team is being created so that they can analyse lots of marketing data getting generated and give actionable feedback.

- The requirement of having sales experience is so that they will be able to understand sales numbers themselves.

- Team Management, Monitoring sales & marketing team

- Conducting team meetings, reviewing team performance

- Planning & Managing annual marketing budget
