K-12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education management services company that currently operates and manages 25+ schools across various metro cities under the brand name - Orchids The international Schools- .

We provide our end-to end services through service contracts with trusts that own the schools - in that sense, we effectively manage and operate the entire school. We are pioneers in bringing professional management to K12 education in India.

Our goal is expansion through standardization of quality - in this context, we help re-brand the school and take over its entire operations, marketing and communications.

Standardization of academic delivery is ensured through our Central Academics Team, which conducts its own research into leading education practices and designs our own curriculum, textbooks and lesson plans with micro details.

Job Description :

1) Maintaining and Finalization of books of accounts for different legal entities and trusts.

2) Co-ordination with the trustees,other departments,external parties for various aspects of accounting.

3) Managing team of accountants and guiding them for smooth closing of monthly accounts

4) Preparation of monthly MIS and other periodic and ad-hoc reports requested by the management.

5) Liasioning with trust auditors for getting the accounts audited.

6) Ensuring Tax compliance's GST, TDS and other labour law related regulations.

7) Managing cash flows for all the legal entities and trusts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1) The desired candidate should have minimum 3 yrs PQ (C.A) experience.

2) Should have good knowledge of excel and Tally

3) Good Analytical Skills

4) Good Team Management.
