This role leads a team to drive the academic product pipleine across the 35 schools of Orchids the International School and beyond in the coming academic year. They will be leading the development of academic products such as leveled workbooks, interactive learning website and additional projects.

Reporting Head - Academic Products

Responsibilities :

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Collaborate with internal parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Be very conversant with best practices of the industry

- Act as a leader within the organization

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the product space

- Has lead a team for ideation and execution and been a key individual in their development

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Minimum 2 year experience in education industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Educational Qualification Masters (specialisation), MBA (preferred)

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
