Qualifications -

Bachelors : B.Tech (Computers only)

Post Graduation : MBA (IIMs only)

Preferred : Cofounder/ Founder / Founding Partner / CEO / Director

Minimum Experience: 5+ years

Role :

1. Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity

2. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

3. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

4. Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers

5. Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports

6. Has the acumen to drive the new initiatives

7. Prior experience of entrepreneurship is preferred

8. Overall work experience of 6 year minimum is mandatory.

9. Freshers should not apply to this role

Requirements :

- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems

- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
