K12 Techno Services - Head - Civil Projects

- We are looking for Head Projects - this position will report to our Business Head and Operations Head.

- This position will lead all the strategic initiatives relating to the construction activities for all new Greenfield projects and maintenance of existing facilities PAN India.

- This position will be accountable for Purchase, Vendor Management and maintaining relationships with all external entities.

- This position will be managing a team of Project Managers, Site Engineers based across all branches in India.

- This position will be responsible for execution of all school buildings, should be expert in getting the work done in expected timelines with desired quality and at optimum cost.

- Should possess excellent strategic thinking, communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- The position will be based out of Mumbai/Bangalore.
