K12 Techno Services - eCommerce Manager (US Marketplace) Designation: eCommerce Manager (USA Marketplace) Department: Digital Marketing/ D2C (Direct to Customer) Location: Yeshwanthpur (Bangalore) Qualification: Any Graduate or PostGraduate Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in amazon USA and marketplace operations, online marketing, merchandise assortment, merchandising, promotions and brand maintenance. Responsibilities: Operations: 1. Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats. 2. Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance. 3. Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality that meets and exceeds company expectations. This is a tactical job of maintenance of the site through Amazon and Channel Advisor 4. Reconciliation of Marketplace listings 5. Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed. 6. Develop cost Centre budgets for all phrases of marketplace E-commerce 7. Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world 8. Work at both the strategic and tactical levels Merchandising: 1. Develop the merchandising strategy and deck to ensure the site is well merchandised according to company directives and standards and merchandising is updated based upon the needs of the business for product to look fresh, new and push quarterly agendas. 2. Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth 3. In conjunction with internal partners and outside agencies, the overarching digital merchandising, design, and marketing strategies and managing the execution and analysis of email marketing, affiliate programs, paid search, SEO, and other web-based marketing programs. 4. Managing weekly inventory reports for marketplaces 5. Drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances to business 6. Ensure marketplace copy and Meta data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines 7. Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page and site level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment Buying: 1. Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan. Work with other divisions to maximize inventory. 2. Provide on-going strategic insights and recommendations of new marketplaces channels with growth plans. 3. Replenishment and reorders 4. Reporting daily sales 5. Reporting weekly sales reports to management Customer Service: 1. Overseeing the development of customer relationships through the marketplace 2. Review monthly customer service reports and put into place action items to ensure the efficiency of the process Skills Required: 1. Experience in eCommerce Amazon and Channel Advisor platform administrative tools (Other marketplaces are a Plus) 2. Experience with eCommerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors 3. Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative 5. Strong project management skills 6. Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions 7. Experience in D2C accessories or apparel environment preferred, with eCommerce marketplace (USA/UK/Middle east) IMMEDIATE JOINING PREFERRED!
