K12 Techno Services - Design Head

The person will be handling responsibility of managing design and graphic team. Should be extremely innovative, artistic and creative. Collaborate on projects with their colleagues, delegate tasks and check for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in design meetings and provide continual input to optimize design and minimize futile work.

- Lead with effective supervision an experienced design team toward greater creativity.

- Evaluate and motivate designers toward continued growth and leading design solutions.

- Mentoring team members and evaluating the same.

- Ensure strict team and project deadlines are met

- Must be capable of scheduling projects on time and also able to juggle multiple projects at once.

- Conducting timely meeting with the teams.
