- Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market.
- Catchment study for effective new branch launch marketing plan.
- To ensure greater brand visibility and create higher brand recall. Tie ups & Vendor Management
- Cross promotion and tie ups with other brands for activations.
- Creation of partnership proposals for activations.
