Job Title: Chief Academic Officer

Job Description:

1. Head a departmental function in alignment with broader corporate function.

2. Experience of leading a large team size of at least 100+ team members.

3. Develop educational process and policies to meet curriculum goals.

4.Evaluate business processes for operational and/or financial effectiveness.

5. Responsible for developing and directing all academic programs and strategies.

6. Analyze and resolve complex issues and provide alternative solutions as necessary.

7. Represent the unit's business and academic operations within the organization/school.

8. Provide management and coordination of administrative and operations-related functions

Job Specifications :

- Should be smart to understand the school academics (Not from school chains)

- Should have degree from top engineering college / top MBA college

- Must have worked in Teach for India or some other education program

- Should have managed a larger team size of atleast 100+ team members

Preferred : Only top 25 colleges

Location : Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 10+years of managerial experience

Age: Minimum 35 years of age

CTC Budget : 25-40 LPA
