Business Head - Online Business Platform
- K12 Techno Services is looking for a super energetic & hustler Sales Leader who can drive the Online Education business vertical.
- The ideal candidate must have striking exposure in driving business of online education or owning an entrepreneurship in online education or similar domain managing a large team of at least 30+ sales people.
Job Description :
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with experience in building teams and business across EdTech/ELearning in a B2C environment.
- Designs and develop online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies for the online Education Platform
- Act as thought partner for Core Team to chart business & market strategy for the domain Lead teams that sell products proposition across product portfolio
- Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel as applicable
- Creates revenue roadmaps along with Core Team members in accordance with growth aspirations
- Owning P&L responsibility
Requirements :
- Prior Experience of working in online Education/Ed Tech Sector/Entrepreneurship of online education platform will be required
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Analytical and data driven problem solver
