Academic Manager - Products - Social Science and English
This role leads a team to drive the academic product pipeline across the 35 schools of Orchids the International School and beyond in the coming academic year. They will be leading the development of academic products such as leveled workbooks, interactive learning website and additional projects.
It will report into Head - Academic Products and have a team of around 4-5 people reporting into them.
Specialization: English/Languages/Social Science
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in developing a product based on English/Social Science - Subject Matter Expertise.
- Keen researcher and passionate about the subject.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
- Act as a leader within the organization
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the product space
- Has lead a team for ideation and execution and been a key individual in their development
- Minimum 2 year experience in education industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
