Job Description :
- Annual and Quarterly CAM Planning & Budgeting for I.T Parks/SEZ. Upload on budgets on SAP with forecasting of cash flows/P&L for businesses from where maintenance is carried out.
- Co-ordination with site and central accounts for preparing budgets and mapping Budget Vs Actual.
- Co-ordination with site team/SMEs to provide invoices on time for booking to AP team.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) P&L and highlighting deviations.
- Quarterly verification of actual CAM costs to be charged to tenants of IT Parks.
- Co-ordinating for monthly/quarterly closing of books and provisions.
- Monitoring vendor payments and advances released.
- Monitoring Vendor ageing and MSME compliances.
- Co-ordinating and providing information to Statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants.
- Co-ordinating with Site team and other department to resolve accounts/tax related queries.
- Differential CAM workings, authentication of Accounts data, coordination for CA Certificate and other supporting as maybe required by clients.
- Ad-hoc reporting as maybe required from management.
- Trending/past data analysis/analysis reports on CAM and non-CAM costs incurred for operational buildings.
- Involvement on developing MIS reports and closely working on automating the reports.
Job Specification :
- Exposure in CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Accounting & Budgeting
- SAP Exposure is a Must
