At JV Ventures, we deliver a new paradigm in impact investing, creating value for our partners by investing in socially relevant assets. Through our powerful platforms, we focus on alternate assets in sectors such as education and lifesciences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of detailed financial models including cashflow projections, financial statements and IRR calculations.

- Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations.

- Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative and qualitative methods. Draft and present documents including Investment Memos, Term Sheets, Pitchbooks, Teasers, industry materials etc.

- Provide support for fund raising activities.

- Good understanding of taxation, finance and operational matters.

- Supervision / perform due diligence procedures including negotiations with vendors and coordinating relevant information transfer for the process.

- Assist in deal structuring and closing principals.

- Finalization of accounts by co-ordinating with the auditor.

- Obtain periodic credit rating for portfolio assets.

- Preparing internal MIS for all assets on a monthly basis.

- Liaising with financial institutions, banks, consultants, rating agencies among others.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills.

- Understanding of financial statements, Capital structures, debt instruments and ratio analysis.

- Impeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders.

- Strong logical, analytical skills and a systematic problem-solving approach.
