Designation : Asset Manager

Location : Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria :

- Qualified/Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Minimum 2 PQE in Banking, Finance, PE, VC, JV etc.

- Experience of working in Real estate and/or Banking Industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, execute and advice on issues in relation to Asset Management.

- Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures.

- Co-ordinate with clients, bankers, counter parties, etc. determining issues and problems and providing strategic advice, taking corrective measures and effective managing the assets accordingly.

- Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports.

- Organizing, and managing client portfolios.

- Project monitoring and preparing project reports.

Key Skills :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strategically minded with problem-solving skills.

- Team Player, confident and proactive

- Excellent articulation skills and sound knowledge of Business, Banking and Finance.
