Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales pipeline

- Build a high energy and high-performance sales team across all target markets

- Setup best-in-class sales processes from requirements to closure

- Achieving Sales targets by leading from the front

- Increasing business opportunities through various channels in the market

- Enable hiring, learning and drive the motivation in the teams

- Identify projects & builders for exclusive business opportunities

- Work with product development, Technology and other internal teams

- Closely work with digital marketing teams for campaigns, inputs & feedbacks

- Build a better connection across channel partners & builders in the network
