JustDial - Regional Sales Manager (5-9 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
2.Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
Skill and Knowledge :
1. Handled a team of a minimum of 80-100 Inside Sales members, which includes managers & executives. Having excellent people skills.
2. 5+ years of experience in B2B inside Sales with exposure to Ecommerce/ Internet domain experience.
3. Strong business acumen- understanding the key metrics and dynamics related to the growth and revenue goals of an organization.
