As part of the core function, Content & Database, Justdial is looking to hire dynamic professionals who shall assist in solving key business problems and lead teams for executing solutions for those problems. The person shall play the role of a Product Manager + Business Analyst + Project Manager.

- You shall work with team members who directly work on Justdial's key projects, solve critical problems aimed at improving Justdial's product across platforms (website, mobile, voice) and growing the company.

- Examples of business problems include - defining processes to enhance Justdial's database of business listings, coming up with ideas and strategies to enrich existing database and content, devising strategy to ensure all popular listings are geocoded & contain high quality photos, streamlining existing processes to improve productivity of database employees, etc.

Preferred qualifications :

- 2016-18 MBA graduates from top B-Schools and/or undergraduates from premier institutes with interest in eCommerce/ Internet/ Technology.

- Candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly numbers-oriented and possess strong data-crunching ability. Candidate should be able to keep the bigger picture in mind while effectively managing detail.

- Enthusiasm, aggression, street-smartness, ability to gel with cross-functional teams

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must, candidate should love numbers! Knowledge of Python or R is a plus

- Ability to work with minimum supervision, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated

- Ability to work in unstructured (dynamic) environment, one who takes initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
