
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant/Product Manager (APM/PM) to join our team and help shape the future of our merchant experience platform. The APM will be responsible for improving merchant engagement, managing leads efficiently, and ensuring seamless adoption of key features that drive business growth.
This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, and Design to translate merchant feedback into impactful product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Experience & Lead Management
- Monitor and improve the overall merchant journey across the platform.
- Analyze lead flow and identify opportunities to enhance lead conversion and response rate.
- Gather insights from merchants and sales teams to address pain points and optimize the experience.
Feature Development & Adoption
- Work with Engineering to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver product features focused on merchant success.
- Drive feature adoption through collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams.
- Track feature usage, measure impact, and recommend iterations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales and Support to understand merchant needs, feedback, and issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to create communication and enablement materials for new features.
- Ensure timely rollout and clear communication of product updates.
Data & Insights
- Use analytics to identify trends in merchant behavior and lead performance.
- Prepare dashboards and reports highlighting key success metrics and improvement areas.
