- A listed company, Mumbai based with an annual turnover of approx 1000 Crores, is looking for a qualified inhouse lawyer (Legal Manager) with sound knowledge on IPR registration work & IPR related work.

- The candidates would also get an exposure to work on other Litigations & Non- Litigation matters.

- Candidate should possess excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills with 6-7 years of experience.

- Handling large trademark/design portfolio in all aspects of prosecution, trademark/design clearance and offering opinion & advice on availability/registrability of trademarks and designs.

- Advising clients on use, protection of IP including growth and sustainability of their brands and counselling clients in worldwide trademark selection and registration.

- The person shall primarily be responsible to manage the entire IPR portfolio of the company. ( end to end)
