Juspay - Manager/Senior Manager - Partnerships (7-12 yrs)
Roles Responsibilities :
- The person will be leading and negotiating Juspay's growth projects with financial institutions like Banks, NBFCs and Networks.
- Ability to network with external stakeholders at banks, networks and financial institutions to drive sales and partnerships that are often first of their kind.
- The person will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams on new initiatives and key strategic relationships.
- Identify industry trends and key influencers in order to expand Juspay's product offerings through partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work proactively, autonomously as well as collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and grow partner accounts.
- Strong focus on execution, result driven
- Strong problem solving ability, analytical and data driven. Able to derive insights from data, build business models.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of overall experience and should have handled a product role. Strong product orientation is a must.
- Experience working with networks, BFSI or payments/fintech industry in a similar role is a big plus.
Location: Mumbai or Bangalore, with travel Between Bangalore and Mumbai required when the pandemic settles and things
