We are currently seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our team. You will drive the content effort for both - internal Knowledge Management as well as external Marketing communication. We embrace big picture thinkers who are equally aware of the power of right words. You're someone who can distill complex concepts into clear and persuasive communication. YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Writing, commissioning and editing content across a range of mediums: longform editorial, newsletters, social media &amp; internal knowledge management - Championing a writing culture within the organization and leading by example. This includes setting up a process and tools workflow. - Coming up with content ideas that are relevant for the Juspay brand and interesting for a wide variety of audiences - end consumer, business merchant, investors, potential employees etc - Hiring and leading a team of content writers - Commissioning and collaborating with external agencies whenever required YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD SHOWCASE - 6 years of experience working in editorial roles strategy and execution. A degree in Journalism, Literature or Media is a plus; but not mandatory. - A mix of agency and in-house experience preferred - including brand marketing, advertising, communications, and PR - Experience driving a multi-channel content/editorial strategy, while working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners - Prior experience in a similar role for a software co or a tech publication is a major plus. - Work showcasing experience with Podcasts and Video is a major plus.
