Jupiter.money - Product Manager - Debit Cards Segment (3-7 yrs)
About the team (Banking Solutions - Debit Card) :
The team is responsible for building, running and management of banking rails for the organization, basis which teams across the organization are able to integrate these rails to build world class, customer obsessive products and services.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Will be solely responsible towards management of Networks, Switch, ACS and DCMS.
- Will work on creation of new bins and issuance of cards for segments.
- Is able to optimise approval and decline rates on debit cards.
- Build solutions for better customer experience and business opportunities.
- Will work with Operations to ensure seamless issuance, execution and management of Debit Card transactions, reconciliation and its reporting.
- Will work closely with the issuing bank to ensure risk, regulatory compliance, business requirements are met
- Is responsible for end to end Debit Card Orders, transactions increase & New launches within the company.
- Will work with growth and P&L owners for execution of monthly, quarterly and annual strategy.
- Works very closely with both Internal & External Stakeholders (Vendors) and demonstrated capability around Partner engagement.
- Leverage best practices to build product document, solutions document and collaterals to support the Client's sales team in driving acquisition across channels
- Managing billing with partners
