Position - HRBP

Location- Bangalore

Role Brief - We are looking for an HR site lead for our Bangalore location to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals and objectives.

- Our ideal candidates should have a solid HR foundation around HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the Leadership team to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.

- In a nutshell, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management, delivering value added services reflecting Business objectives and driving organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units, Providing HR support and consultation to all the functions within Jupiter which help them align to our culture and drive the business forward.

- Supporting the business through HR cyclical programs such as performance management, compensation planning, development programs and employee engagement.

- Identifying and assisting in improving HR processes, coming up with suggestions to implement special projects.

- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Evaluating training needs and programs

Skills and Competencies :

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

- Analytical and goal oriented attitude with strong problem solving skills

- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualification and Experience :

- Minimum work experience of 4-6 yrs as an HR business partner.

- Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
