We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Admissions / Education Sales to join our Admissions Team in Gurgaon. Responsibilities of the role include -&nbsp; - Driving enquiries and admissions for programs offered by Juno School of Business - Looking after entire activities from generation of leads till the conversion - Tracking leads and proactively communicating to marketing team - Counselling the students via call, email or in person and suggesting the best course for them - Updating and maintaining MIS reports - Coordinating with Marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and executing them - Planning and execution of offline events such as conferences, seminars or road shows Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements : - Bachelor's degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary - 2-4 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on - Good written and spoken English and presentation skills - Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office - especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word - Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach - Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution - Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude Remuneration : - Compensation as per industry standards - Benefits would be detailed in the final offer Location: Gurgaon
