Description: Assistant Manager Finance Organization: Park Hyatt Hyderabad Location: Hyderabad, India Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance to supervise and manage all functions related to Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Billing Operations. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting the Finance Manager in driving financial efficiency across the property. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Billing functions. - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain proper follow-up with clients. - Review and verify all invoices, credit memos, and billing statements for accuracy. - Monitor guest and city ledger accounts to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting. - Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial statements and reports. - Maintain compliance with internal controls and Hyatt financial policies. - Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation as required. - Train, guide, and supervise junior finance team members to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management. - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant in a large-scale operation, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
