Junior Trading Analyst - Corporate Action (2-5 yrs)
Working on a requirement of Junior Trading Analyst (Corporate Actions)
The role is responsible for
- Analyzing special situations in order to capture different trading opportunities
- Research and Analytics of events which may be fundamental driven, macro driven, event driven
- Tracking Corporate Actions on an ongoing basis
- Analyzing the Corporate Actions to understand opportunities to generate returns
- Ensuring that pre and post operational activities of the Corporate Actions are in place
- Monitoring on-going positions
- Post trade analytics, studying the history of Corporate Actions
- Handling internal MIS
- Managing other event based trades
Tracking different events which impact the market
Analyzing the impact of these events, finding trading/investment opportunities
Job Requirements
Graduate / MBA
Graduate - 4+ years
MBA - 2+ years
- Analytical skills, logical thinking, ability to analyze special situations/corporate event/macro event
- Clear understanding of the regulatory framework
- Knowledge of derivatives, fundamental and technical analysis
- Effective communication and collaborative skills
- Meticulous, methodical, ability to stretch, hunger to learn, passion for markets, inquisitive
- Ability to work as a part of a team
CTC:- 15 / 20 lacs
