Junior Technical Program Manager - SaaS (1-2 yrs)
Job role:
As a Jr Technical Program Manager (Integrations), you love helping enterprises integrate great technology and you are great at driving projects to completion.
Our objective is to seamlessly integrate clients existing systems with ERPs/products which results in happy and loyal customers. We are looking for people with the right mix of technical skills, integration experience, and interest in program management.
- Attending client demos and PoCs, and engage from an integration perspective.
- Working towards making future integrations smoother and easier (better APIs, middleware solutions, plug and play connectors, etc.)
- Building a network of reliable SIs across the country
- Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and restoration of any loss of service must be done within our strict SLAs.
- Building internal tools and processes to manage cases, requests and enhancements.
- Building a community of support by documenting and sharing knowledge and helping other team members.
