Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
To understand the client needs, convert them into consulting solutions and ensure effective delivery and executions of approved solutions within agreed upon cost, timeline and quality standards.
Client responsibilities:
1. Account management role:
- Understand client needs, convert them into business opportunities and propose consulting solutions independently for existing and new clients.
- Establish strong relationship with clients with the objective to make Company a preferred provider of strategic consulting, learning and research advisory service.
- Ensure effective delivery & completion of large scale consulting projects to cost, timeline and quality standards as defined by the company SLAs.
2.Service Delivery:
- Create robust consulting solutions and ensure the effective delivery and execution of the same to the clients.
Internal Responsibilities
1. Business strategy :
- Design and implement improvements to existing business processes, including but not limited to proposal management,project execution, Account management role and training delivery
- Streamline processes& & systems to increase efficiency of project management.
2. Team Leadership:
Periodic tracking of all client assignments, to ensure that all projects are meeting the required standards of quality and client satisfaction
