Project Manager Round 1: You will have to fill an elaborate form, complete a case study, and do 3 rounds of interviews and mettl tests - We are looking for a self-driven Project Manager. The primary role of a Project Manager is to ensure quality deliverables from project initiation to close assisting the project team and capture status. - The project manager will execute tasks that are both repetitive and one-off. The PM will need to aid in developing the SOP / Processes. - The ideal candidate has managed a large portfolio of projects and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. - You should have the ability to successfully deliver multiple simple and complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. - You should consider yourself to have executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills - Manage and communicate a clear vision of the objectives of the project, and motivate the project team to achieve them. - Create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. - Identify key milestones and report on progress towards those milestones. - Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding project change requests and outstanding issues. - Identifies risks/opportunities throughout the project and highlights them for stakeholder discussions. - Evaluates the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase and identifies best practices and continuous improvement opportunities. - Provide sustainable value by improving the efficiency of how projects are managed and monitored to avoid potential failure. - Ability to prioritize tasks, Define & Monitor key success criteria for the project that make it clear to the organization whether a project team is on track or in need of additional support. - Introduce & Implement common processes, methodologies, and tools as a set of standards for team members to follow, allowing them to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner. Creates and reports dashboard metrics on a monthly basis for executive leadership review. - Provide required support & guidance to the project team (s). Manage, guide, mentor, motivate, and assist company personnel toward the accomplishment of project goals. - Should have managed multiple projects and generate substantial reports for the leadership team - Implement a suitable and optimum process framework for the execution, delivery, and support of company projects. - Monitor the health of all projects on three key parameters cost, time, and quality, and propose timely corrective actions, when needed. Required Skills and Knowledge : - 5 to 10 years of relevant PMO/Project management experience. - Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, Asana, etc. - Good Project Management Skills - Strong communication and documentation skills - Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Team & Time Management - Must be organized and can manage projects of varying length - We care for people from operations and supply chain backgrounds more than technical development or scrum management background.
