Junior Product/Program Manager - HealthTech Startup (2-5 yrs)

- Identify, conceptualize and develop products and services.

- Work with key stakeholders, develop the product vision and roadmap in women's health technology space.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

- Be the voice of the customer for the product team throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from definition to sunsetting of the product.

- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.

- Be the high-availability resource for answering questions posed by engineers and designers about stories in the backlog on a day-to-day basis.

- Author of user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure that story content and prioritization is aligned to larger strategic objectives.

- Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with external stakeholders.

- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

- Proactively identifying warning signs, and adapting to and managing change, to ensure your product and team are not blocked or slowed down.

- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress.

- Lead squad on user story grooming, sizing and acceptance criteria definition, continuous refinement and prioritization of product backlog

- Ensure that Agile-related project reporting, such as burn-downs and status updates, are relevant, transparent and add value
