- Sourcing Deals for Construction Finance proposal in Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda & Rest of Gujarat

Reporting structure :

Role directly reports to : Business Head- Construction Finance

Positions that report into this role : N/A

Essential Qualifications : Chartered Accountant/ MBA from reputed Institute

Essential Skills & Experience : 4-6 years of experience in a HFC/Bank/ NBFC/ Structured Debt preferably with Real Estate lending experience in Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda & Rest of Gujarat

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Developing relationships with real estate developers in Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda & Rest of Gujarat and offer products catering to their requirements

- Liaise with connectors/IPCs and local Retail team to source and then structure deals

- Liaise with connectors/IPCs/developer to seek the required data for analysis and presentation to the sanctioning authorities

- Providing backup data, analysis, industry comparable, market intelligence including macro /micro analysis of the relevant real estate market

- Work with the team in preparing financial model, internal documentation to seek approvals for Investments, Preparation of Investment Memos

- Liaise between the HO team and connectors/IPCs/developer for ensuring smooth closure of the transaction with the targeted timelines

- Participate in local real estate expos / events to enhance network and source business

- Monitoring the progress on the project and obtain regular MIS to understand and highlight early warning

Annual Salary : 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 INR
