Junior Founding Member/Senior Founding Member - Startup

ABOUT THE FIRM:

Seed funded start up funded by two reputed VC firms . It is technology-enabled, high-quality student accommodation concept which is seeking to disrupt the multi-billion-dollar student housing market by putting the student, as a consumer, at the heart of the product and service design, development and execution.

LOCATION: Delhi

CTC: 15-35 LPA + ESoP

ROLE:

Senior Founding Member (4-6 yrs of exp)

-1-2 years of consultant experience preferably from BCG, Accenture, ATK, ITC, PNG, HUL etc. plus 2 years startup experience (Startups that are preferred -Treebo, Fab hotels, Urbanclap, Grofers, big basket,Toppr, Lybrate etc.)

- Ideal prior experience within start ups would be P&L responsibility or business head roles

- Role would entail wearing multiple hats and working closely with founders on various strategic initiatives and execution of pilot projects

- It would also entail helping with investor management and fund raising activities

- Setting up internal founder reporting systems and processes

- Ability to work in an unstructured fast paced environment and willingness to stretch and take on more

- This role will eventually evolve into a business head role

Junior Founding Member (1-2 years) :

- Someone with good progress at start-ups or consulting (work that has been impactful and challenging) -(Startups that are preferred -Treebo, Fab hotels, Urbanclap, Grofers, big basket,Toppr, Lybrate etc.)

- Role would entail wearing multiple hats and working closely with founders on various strategic initiatives and execution of pilot projects

- It would also entail helping with investor management and fund raising activities
