Junior Engagement Manager/Engagement Manager - Strategy - IIM/ISB

Looking for the professionals having Consulting experience in Strategy (Go to Market Strategy, Digital Strategy, Strategic Formulation, Pricing Strategy etc) from Financial Services domain.

Should be Management Post Graduate (Master's) from IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow and ISB.

Job location- Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities

- Leverage new problem solving techniques to build insightful new strategies

- Construct insightful and detailed quantitative models and uncover insights

- Conduct in-depth industry or company level financial analysis

- Independently conduct market research including new industry trends, changes in industry structure, competitive landscape, and other topical research

- Interview clients and industry experts in collaboration with team members

- Create concise, easy to understand, and impactful written end products

- Work closely with internal team and clients to deliver outstanding work products

- Gather, validate, and analyze critical data

- Contribute heavily to building the firm and its culture

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong academic record with 1-4 years of experience in consulting/business advisory (preferably in research)

- Structured thinking with the ability to logically breakdown business problems into effective solutions

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and data manipulation techniques

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; other analytical tools like R/Qlik/Python preferred

- Effective presence and communication skills - both inter-personal and written

- Excellent client management and engagement skills; collaborates well across multiple communication channels

- Proven leadership capabilities and a team player with ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative and highly intellectual environment
