Must Haves : Experience in US Accounting

Job Responsibilities :

- Assist US controllers in completing an efficient, accurate and controlled monthly/quarterly/annual closing of the books and the consolidation of subsidiaries for group US GAAP, regulatory and other reporting needs, including aiding in the preparations of the related financial statements, analyses, forecasts and reports

- Monitor, reconcile and settle balance sheet accounts and intercompany accounts

- Maintain and modify, as appropriate, chart of accounts and allocation processes for the applicable legal entity, business unit, or subsidiary

- Maintain and modify report formats for the legal entity, business unit and subsidiary reporting needs

- Proficiently use general ledger (Workday), reporting tools, Microsoft office and other information technology

- Execute responsibilities in accordance with internal control policies and procedures and assist with updates as necessary

- Stay current on GAAP accounting and reporting standards

- Assist with documenting, reporting and integrating the impact of entity transactions
