Junior Associate - Non Litigation - Real Estate Vertical - Law Firm - LLB

Our client, a law firm is looking for a junior associate to join their non-litigation (real estate) department.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Title due diligence, Drafting of agreements, Sale deeds, agreement deeds, lease deeds, registration of properties.

2. Must be able to read and write Kannada.

3. Must have good understanding of property laws.

4. Must be proactive and independent.
