Jungleworks - Sales Development Representative (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a sales enthusiast to work in a fast-paced culture, with a young workforce that is catering to the on-demand industry on a global scale. You will be a fantastic fit if you have excellent knowledge of IT Solution Sales/Service Selling/ Mobility Sales. The primary role will be to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
- Coordinate with the Technical team to schedule pre-sales discussions, and ensure smooth communication between a prospect, sales team
- Full sales lifecycle expertise
- Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth
- Research, prospect, and build a targeted client base
- Setting up online demo and face to face meetings
- Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest in our products
- Serve as the first in-depth point of contact to customers
- Make outbound cold calls to the targeted list of prospects
- Provide product information to prospective customers
- Handling customer queries and providing the required support
- Customer onboarding, client support, nurturing, and success
- Maintain CRM hygiene
You Should Have:
- Strong prospecting skills with consistent success with sales quota attainment
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Experience in driving B2B sales growth preferably in a technology/product environment (in the SaaS industry preferred)
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level global experience
- You should have 2+ years of prior SDR/ BDR (handling inbound leads) experience within a Software company with an ability to read emotional cues, understand a customer's needs and navigate a conversation
