Job Title: Delivery Manager Job Location: Panchkula, Haryana | Remote-Work Job Summary: We are looking for Lead - Project Delivery, who will be the recognized authority across the organization for the successful implementation of new technology solutions to establish, govern and manage a full project lifecycle across the portfolio of IT projects, with a focus on delivering sustainable business change. Good to Have: - PMP Certification and an expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Knowledge of quality management processes and awareness of management Metrics, ISO / CMMI processes. - Experience in handling delivery for projects in multiple technologies and should have good experience in Angular/Node.js technologies. - Excellent communication and People Management skills. Your role &amp; responsibilities: - Lead the project from conceptual prototype to release. - Build the foundation for all development projects and conceptualize different service offerings; - Provide solutions to customers and take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the horizontal. - Would be the single point of escalation for all Delivery related issues. - Manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve queries. - Ensure continued scalability of the company technology platform by identifying potential bottlenecks at an early stage, refactoring existing features when required and making sure new features scale horizontally. - Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies, delivery management and coding standards. - Prepare budgets for the SBU including estimates of all revenue &amp; costs monthly, quarterly &amp; annually. - Ensure business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential and manage multiple aspects of daily business operations. - Provide domain &amp; technical knowledge, develop solutions and resource competencies to meet customer requirements. Qualifications: - MBA + any UG course in IT preferred. - No special certifications required. - 0-2 years of experience preferred. Working Conditions: - The normal working hours for any employee at Jungle Works / Click Labs are between 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM between Monday to Friday. - However, depending upon the project and client requirements, flexible timings/WFH can be availed on approval from assigned Managers. - If a candidate wants to avail indefinite period WFH option, they can request for the same at the time of joining. - In case of urgent project requirements, any employee of Click Labs might have to work for extended hours and weekends too. Compensation : No bar for ideal candidates. The final compensation offered will be decided upon factors such as last/currently withdrawn salary, industry experience, internal salary slabs, and industry salary surveys.
